what is this?! bhp helpppppp

i just picked up my bhp today! and he is in the middle of a shocking shed. the worst i have ever dealt with. i gave him a bath straight away and hes back in the tub with lots of hard surfaces to scratch on
just got home from town and i checked him and he has done a number two. so after a fight (lots of huff and puff) i got the water bowl out to find this red bloody hemipene looking thing?
i checked his cloaca and it looks fine so i have no idea what it could be?
should i be worried? please excuse the phone quality pic.

i dont know how im supposed to provide a better pic, it cant get more simpler than that.. looks like hemipenes and had blood on it

seems fine however. still stuck in a slough.
