What is this lizard

Just found a photo on the net.

So what is it?

its deffinetly not austalian lol unless its a spray painted dragon

You guys are very helpful as usual.

At a guess I would say it is a Common Collared Lizard
(Crotaphytus collaris ) there was a thread about them not very long a go.

Jimmy is probably right in that its had the colour enhanced.
