What size to feed my Diamond??

I have an almost two year old Diamond Python who is about 3 feet long. The people who I got him off had been feeding him adult mice, but as I am feeding my advanced hatchies adult mice, this would seem to be a bit small for him.

What are others with Diamonds or other pythons about the same age feeding their guys? I was going to give him a rat, but I'm terrified it will be too big. :? :?

id go for a fuzzy/weaner rat that is just a fraction bigger than an adult mouse fisrt up, you bont want to give him something that lease too huge a lump, but some thing that is noticable.

so yeah a weaner rat thats a little bit bigger than the mice hes been getting.
