It's been a long time since i've looked it up in Cogger, and even longer since i've seen one, but my guess is Nobbi dragon, Amphibolurus nobbi.

I figure Peter wouldn't post a picture of anything all that common in captivity, and i also figure he might post something native to his area. That said, i might be way off!

Diporiphora australis - Tommy roundhead.
Although he's a bit big for one of them, but an SVL of 80mm puts him out of the range of all the Diporophora except superba, magna and bennettii and he don't look at all like any of them.
 
Too big for Tympanochryptis. I'd have to say Diporiphora, but im unsure as to the distribution..

Looks like a tommy round head to me, does it have the ridged scale lines along its back?
