General Description
Up for sale is a lovely adult pair of Wheatbelt Stimsons, proven breeders with the female laying 11 healthy eggs last season with 100% hatch rate. She is a large girl at about 500g and is in good condition to breed again this season, both are currently being cooled.
Very nicely natured and would make a fantastic no fuss breeding pair, or equally nice as just display animals or pets.
Female feeds well on mice, rats or quail. Male can be a fussy feeder and will eat either mice or quail, but he will refuse food for about 6-7 months of the year and during the warmer months might have 5 to 6 meals - he is very healthy though with no problems, and good muscle tone. I have been told this is quite normal for some male stimsons, lean and mean for breeding I guess! :lol:
