i got my SW carpet a cupple of days ago, when i listen in the enclosure i hear nothing but when i handling her, she starts this wheezing noise, from today on i wont be handling her until she's shed because her eyes have started going cloudy, is it becaues she's going to shed or is she stressed out?

are you sure it wheezing and not the snake hissing? i believe wheezing has something do to with a respiratory infection. look it up on the net or in book and see if the symptons relate to what you are seeing. hopefully it isnt RI tho

well i guess it could be hissing, because it only does it when i take her out, but she never bites when doing this noise, she just moves around my hand and arm

My 2y/o coastal carpet never bites or anything, but she gives me a good few hisses when I first grab her out, and if I handle her for too long.... or if I decide to grab cos she's misbehaving.

I got distracted one day and she ended up half into the drainage gutter I never thought she'd be able to fit through.
