Where to get additive free topsoil?

Hi, I have a couple of P.Goliaths that I will getting soon and can't seem to find anywhere that sells additive free topsoil.
I know about the other substrates I could use but apparently topsoil holds the most moisture and best for sturdy burrows.
I have tried landscaping suppliers with no luck.
Anyone know where I could find some?
Please do not say out in the garden .

Seriously, forget the topsoil, you don't need it. This is all you want to use for T's.

Use this is your main substrate, several inches deep and just throw in a fine thin layer of sphagnum moss too as they will also use it to construct their burrows.

I keep several tarantulas and this is all I've ever used.

Most compost from good garden centres in bags are sterilised anyway to stop weed seeds germinating and any harmful bacteria,well The ones I sell in my garden centre are , nobody ones containers full of weeds
