:D :D :D :D Honestly it is smashing, I have been enduring stinking 40+ degree days lately here in Rockhampton and this has really cooled it off. We have already spotted some of our streets starting to swell with water, so pics will be on the way. Here's hoping we don't have another huge flood like 2 years ago....

Agreed! Just drove back from yeppoon and it is pouring rain down there!

Things were so dry that everything was starting to look dusty. I'm loving the rain. It keeps flooding my back courtyard, so as long as the water doesn't get any higher I'll continue to love it.

Is there anyone from Tully or surrounds? I heard on ABC news that you've had 900 mm in the last three days - yeesh!

-5 here at the moment, would love some heat:).

Kindest regards

Endeavour

hrmm we've just had 150mm in less than 8 hours - and the river is rising, roads have already started to flood.... dang weather we don't get rain for months 40 degree heat and then we flood..... *shakes fist* can't we have a happy medium!!!!

It is ridiculous in rocky. 1 out of 3 shopping centres is open and tons of flooding. Still have to work though :(

That's our rain you buggas!

You can have it back. Look what it's done to my driveway, front lawn and the park and dry creek bed in front of my house...

although I must admit it's better than the heat, and we did need a good soaking.
For all of you in Rocky, this is Rigarlsford Park on Elphinstone St with the new playground...which is now under water!
