Winter herping

Hey guys, I'm fairly new to the herping scene and only just started photographing herps last autumn. I am just wondering what are some good places for winter herping around Perth and what I could expect.

Something worth trying is to look around any decent lakes there for tiger snakes in the morning while they bask.
