G'day all, I know this is a reptile forum however I have a request, I am looking for a baby red fox, sex doesnt matter however age does it needs to be under 4 months old. If anyone knows where I may be able to purchase one please let me know.
Note: Given the large response I have got in regards to the laws about keeping a fox I will clarify. I am located in NSW and the laws in regards to pests are very clear cut. Foxes are classified as a level 5 species, meaning they are a widespread pest and the keeping of them by individuals and zoos is allowed without requiring a licence because regardless if they escaped or bred they could not further damage the environment. I require a baby fox for research purposes and then the animal will be used for conservation education after that.
