The top one is Phlogiellus sp. and she 4yrs old, the bottom one is Selenocosmia Crassipes and turned a year old yesterday.

Don't think so, You don't need a permit for Arachnids in QLD.

You don't need a permit to keep arachnids in QLD, the only time you need one is if you are collecting them for the pet trade, or reselling wild caught ones.

I sell the CB babies for $25 each this season, the season's babies will be ready in a couple of months for sale.
