My scale babies all had a mega Christmas lunch (no photos, there were guts everywhere). Although one of them left his rat alone until he woke up at 11:30pm and decided to scoff it, then went to sleep in his water. Odd beast.

My scaly critters didn't get anything special for Christmas. Although I did get a new enclosure.

On Boxing Day however I gave the dragons some sunshine before going to the beach. When snorkeling I found a fish that looked as though someone had speared it but it had gotten away and died under a rock. I brought it back home and chopped it up for the monitors. Also on the way home I was able to gather a decent amount of grapevine caterpillars. The dragons had a feast and the three juvenile frillies looked like little balloons! The picture does not do their fat bellies justice.
