why cant i make my own youtube account, its saying that im to young so i put 1990 as my year of birth and its still not working, even if my mates have got one that are the same age.

I think you have to be over a certain age and your mates probably just said that they were 40 or something like that.
I'm 14 and I made one with my age.

If you wanna put music in your vid you need to get an editing program like windows movie maker.
