Title says it all.

As someone who doesn't have a great amount of experience with monitors I'd love some input on developing at least some level of trust so that my new babies don't scurry away pretty much as soon as I open their enclosure. I'll admit I made the mistake at first of trying to hold them at the start but I've refrained from doing that any further now, apart from if I've needed to move something in their enclosure and they happen to be in that spot and I have to move them as well.

Any advice is greatly appreciated thanks

first up don't put your hand near them, do your waterbowl or cleaning away from them but talk to them while you do it. Avoid fast movements ,They get used to you being in there, then just sit still with your hand near them and let them come to you. keep talking without moving. It takes time but it's worth it when they come to you
