Where abouts in the couch are you talking. You should be able to find him easily by flipping the couch over and looking up through the bottom. Or if you have time pull it out into the middle of the room and wait on guard to snag him as he comes out. good luck.

well last time i seen him he was in the upper part, but i have no clue where he is now. now im really sad... just found one of my long lost jacky hatchies lol. ill keep looking. and waiting. i have so many splinters :(!

I would say it doesnt happen alot ...maybe to you ,if you say that you have found a lost lizard as well ....sort of should be obvious that your not watching your reptiles very well now dont it

Try luring it out with some food.

Or you could put the longue in the enclosure and wait until it comes out by itself :? ( joking obviously :) )

My point is ,these are reptiles not puppy dogs or cats that will come back when called ...its only shear luck when you find them after you lose them through nobodys fault but yours...be responsible for your reptiles ..so many threads on here about people not closing their vivs properly or falling asleep and forgetting about them and then losing them in couches/lounges etc ... treat them as reptiles not toys ..you have to think ahead before taking out your reptile ,you are the one that is suppose to be smarter then it, so act on it ..snakes like to find dark little crevises and hidey spots ...if you want to take out your snakes ,make sure they cant get into places like that and risk losing them ...commonsense is part of being a good pet owner too .

I would think you are very wrong

As for getting it out , put some food near the hole it went in .
Or rip the lounge to bits .

thanx i dont know if it would be hungry i fed it a couple of days ago but ill try. hah yer, actually now you said that, i might put the lounge in my room so it wont get completely lost if it decides to come out. good idea thanks:). jeeze have a winge ey, not every one is perfect like yourself. ..ANYWAY, thanks for the tips guys.

why did you slice it up? don't the cussions and stuff usually come off it? and you couldn't access the insides from inderneath?

AWWWWWWW I'am sorry mis , did you want me to be one of those people that write .how sad for you I hope you find your snakey soon ,it must be so bad that you have a snake that doesnt come back when you want it too ..you need to train him better maybe hatchling school ? .........pffffffft

yeh you can get in from underneath but i couldnt reach the upper part of the lounge from there. the only practical way was from the back of the lounge. i can pretty much reach every part.. but still no sign :(. im checking for any secret compartments he could be in now

and no i wanted you to be one of those people that swallow there pride and help the 'less knowlageable' instead of havin a winge about peoples mistakes as if you are god. good day to you.

Yeah I never get the chance to even take my eyes off mine when they're out, and the lizards almost never come out, cause they run... having 4 cats in the house really teaches you to watch stuff... I'm waiting for the day that I'll haveto watch the CATS safety instead of the pythons. hehe it's bound to get interesting then

mis-devious ...god has nothing to do with it ...you already said you found a lizard in there ,so you obviously have lost reptiles before and then you have just done it again ..so it makes you a repeat offender not someone that has made a mistake and will learn from it now ....go and sulk it wont bother me ...tantrums and sulking are part of growing up but so is learning to take responsibilty for your pets and actually admitting you stuffed up ..instead of saying well in 6 years you have only lost 2 and this one might be 3 but as its not fully lost yet ...that is not being a responsible pet owner ..

as for your couch, I hope it's just the back and nothing some well matched material/apolstry (spelling) and a staple gun can't fix.
