Thats good that they give kids hands on education with reptiles at that school, should be more of it in Australia, maybe then we could develop a society more aware of reptiles and a little more appreciative of their role in nature.

Alright so what is a Tiger Python and being a python it wouldn't have given birth to anything other than eggs.

They look like albino boas to me. Probably another accurate story from our friends the media.

Oh, bloody beautiful snakes though, i wish i could get me a pair just like that!!!!

They directly translated that from Lithuanian. In other languages the burmese python is named the tiger python. And they do lay eggs. Non herpers dont know about the different terminology.

In Lithuanian a Burmese Python is a Tiger Python !! Why ? They don't look like tigers. Why do you say 'and they do lay egss' ? All pythons lay eggs.

The direct translation is tiger python. In german its also tiger python. I've heard them being called leopard pythons too. Remember english does not always have the same vocabulary as other languages. Its a taxonomy thing. And I just mentioned that they lay eggs. Not arguing with you. Just the next line a boa is mentioned.
