I've searched the net but can't find an answer, assuming it some kind of native orchid??

im not the best with plants but i can tell you its NOT a venus fly trap :)
 
Caladenia... can't help you with exact species, i have enough trouble with the epiphytes let alone terrestrial ones

Orchids are known for the flowers that resemble insects and spiders (eg - Bee Orchid, Ophrys apifera). Orchid bee self-pollinate, so the plant does not really need to look like a bee. From what I read, the bee orchid that has been changed to look like even to visit the UK.
