Hi I was wondering if anyone knew of some small tropical lizards that I can own in South Australia without needing a specialist license. The tank I have is a 90 x 45 x 60. I was originally thinking about upgrading the tank to a 90 x 45 x 90, and getting a Boyd's forest dragon. However from what I understand they require a specialist license. I still might upgrade the to the bigger tank however. I would like to find a lizard I can own, that would live comfortably in the smaller version. If I choose not to upgrade. Something that is arboreal and lives in the tropics/sub tropics. And doesn't need a specialist license. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. This would definitely be my second lizard I've looked after. I used to own a marbled gecko she was gorgeous šŸ˜. Also if the species is readily available within SA that would also be a big help. I really don't want to go through all the red tape/hassle to buy one in another state than transport it back. My original plan was to get a rough throated leaf tailed gecko but I can't find anyone who sells them here.
