I'm starting a check in thread to see how everyone has been doing. Any projects? Anything exciting going on? Please use this thread to keep everyone up to date on everything you're all up to!

Not up to much python related, but here's my cute albino Darwin Carpet Python, Persephone.

Side note I started working for NPWS last year and one of my colleagues there apparently used to be very involved in this forum and host meetups and stuff lol

2022 was a write-off for me personally, 4 back surgeries and a chest surgery meant I wasn't on here at all.
Still have my scaly crew, still on the lookout for genuine sand fire womas haha, and still finding cool herps outside. I didn't get a pic but am now apparently home to a monitor, about 3ft long. He comes out of the paddock and goes under the house for a few hours every now and then. Plus a large colony of legless lizards.20221219_171003.jpg

That's actually a skink, not a legless lizard.

Well, that one had a pair of small front legs, no rears.
They look like small browns, except they can drop their tails, and burrow if disturbed. Most of the ones I've seen have no or tiny vestigial legs, that one had the biggest pair by far. Hence thinking legless lizard of some type.

I 100% assure you, it is a skink, not a legless lizard.

Not alot really about to enter my third year of reptile keeping and counting down till i can get my own license. Hopefully should have a gecko hatch soon. Some pics of my babys below.

it depends where you are ? no good just saying who makes them if you don't give a location

Any updates? What's new everyone? I dont have much to report. Life has been a bit slow lately.

Well apart from having hatchy spotted pythons and trying to get the little buggers eating, I have hatchy central netted dragons. I also have a new enclosure for a pygmy banded python I have been fiddling with for ages.

Well, 2023 was not much better than 2022, but now am a cyborg lol.
Still finding cool stuff outside, like the big bluey than visits randomly, and the eastern beardie who likes to sit in the middle of the driveway. Got my 1st snake in the house yard 2 weeks ago, looked like a whip but he wasnt hanging round to wait for a photo.
So wild baby beardie pic instead
