There is nothing like being a Dad! I am glad Mum and Bub are doing well.

Get some sleep ins while mums in hospital...cause there is going to be some sleepless nights ahead.

Looking forward to the pictures...

the babies head was to big for natural birth.

Like father like son eh mate :) Sorry I just couldn't pass up an opportunity like that one :)

Congratulations mate and I hope the missus is pain free soon.

Thanks all for your well wishes, I will get some pics up soon. Luckily Jarrod is very quiet and loves his sleep, just like his ol' man, so Ness is getting plenty of well deserved rest.

LOL, I put that line in especially for you Afro.....:D:D

Geez Huggy, you are showing some real dedication to this site. You just had a son and you are back online already. Good Stuff and congrats again!! :)

He sure does Al, thanks a lot mate, I will get a pic of him tomorrow with his new friend for you. :D

Yeh, I am aren't I DP....LOL. My wife needs her rest after her cesar, so the nurses take away the baby and I leave so she can get some well deserved rest, not only that the visiting hrs are only for an hr at a time, although that does not apply to me. I will be spending a lot more time there tomorrow now that she is feeling a bit better, still very sore though, as you would expect after being cut open.

Congrats, Hugsta. I'm batching at the moment as my partner is with her daughter, who is due to drop one NOW! De-facto grandfather for the 4th time! :)

Awww Congrats Huggles!! I am SO wrapped for you both - and even MORE wrapped that everyone is happy and healthy!
Enjoy it - I'm sure you'll make a GREAT Dad if your herps are anything to go by ;) lol
So, should we be arranging Jarrods first herp for his Naming Day?? hehehe
Bex AND Luke xoxo

What size enclosure are you gonna keep him in Huggy? I believe the temperature gradient is not so important with this species?

Finally at 1pm they decided a "C" section was necessary as the babies head was to big for natural birth. Finally just before 2pm, after a 10min struggle getting the buggar out, we had our new son.

How was the sex determined?

Not probing I hope!

*** Congratulations!!! ***

Absolutely fantastic, congratulations, its a wonderful feeling.
If any of you have seen Hugsta you'll understand why they had to do a Ceasarian.
BTW, great name, nice choice.

Congrats mate! That is awesome!
