barbata pics

These are my barbata's, lookin nice and yellow today. I caught them having a bask after being in the water bowl, there was actually steam rising off them but i couldnt catch it in the pics.

Might be stupid question (don't know much about lizards). What is a barbata? From the pics I KNOW its a lizard, but what type?
