just picked up some IMIT thermostats (the new ones) for $25 ea from www.animalattraction.com.au , they are on the specials page on their site, just thought i would share

I'm looking on bying a Microclimate Thermostat and just wondering what else do I need to buy for this to become a full unit. Is the actual sensor included.

Yes they come complete Pablo.Best Thermosatat i have used, slowly swaping them all over.
Make sure you do get the pulse proportional ones not the on/off switching
Mat does them

I would also look at the Habistat thermostats, they are virtually identical to the Microclimate (I use both) but the Habistats have a 5 year warranty against the Microclimates one year.
