Beardie feeding

Hi guys,
Just wondering what everyones opinion is about feeding central bearded dragons real meat (Like mince, steak, pork and chicken). can it be bad for them if its cooked

its not the best idea on a regular basis, apparently it can cause liver and kidney probs.
(besides, by the time theyre fully grown they should be 90% vegetarian)

i give mine a bit of chicken from my plate from time to time, just as a treat,..they go nuts for it!
