I just love this big fella!!! He's a friend of mines snake and I think he's just awesome! Naturally he's a Darwin hehehehe and about 8yrs old I think I was told! He's spectacular!

One day I'll get a tape over him (I will do it! I will! lol) He's a thick, heavy snake, and has a beautiful nature :D He's my Darwins dad, and everytime I go to get mine some food I just can't resist the temptation to go in and pick him up :D

The last photo was me taking on the GRUMP! hehehe He's a bad tempered Bredl who bails me up most times I try to grab him - this time I won! .........And no bites heheheehe

Hehehehe You need to talk to Stevo about tough....or was that INSANE!

That Bredlis attitude sure makes him seem much bigger when you reach in there to get him I must say

RE: Re: RE: BIG SMOKEY

Tough's not the word moosey, when I picked up my little bloke up from Cheryl she got the bredli out. throwing himself around and being a real bugger he was, settled after a bit.. Bit of a devil all in all

Gee that male darwin's nicer than I remember, what a great animal, is she still selling him? If she is he would be a ripper for someone to pickup, being so cheap and all.

She'd better not be selling him!

If she is there will be some divorce papers drawn up and signed because he's definately coming home with me!!!!!    Hands up to see if I'm joking?

I take it then you have purchased him?
Here is one of his kiddies, fresh shed last night. He seems to be on the darker side but will colour up more as he gets older. He was alittle slow off the mark but is going ahead in leaps and bounds now.

I'm sorry moosey, I have got my wires crossed. The CEO of the household just snapped my head off, I have the wrong male Darwin. For some strange reason I thought that was the one Cheryl had for sale, as pointed out to me by an authority greater than me, the one for sale is out the back & wasn't the sire of our snakey's. Sorry if the old ticky ticker rose a little, sometimes you just have to concede.

i was gonna say smokey would never be for sale i dont think. so moose did the bredli strike at ya at all?

I had the camera all ready for a bite shot Rick hehehe The last time I was over there she was nearly having kittens trying to get at me hehehe

The photograph above wasn't really what I was expecting - she seemed to settle down nicely after about 10 minutes. I had her out for about 45 minutes so she had a good run with handling. I'm sure if I was waving my hands around like an idiot she would have gone me though lol

That darwin is about the same size (if not smaller) than my blocker.
