Black ants invade hatchy rack - anyone else had this happen?

I've got ants coming left right and centre at my place cant leave any drink or anything down for a few minutes, ant sand works good but only lasts for so long.
Poor crickets got a caning to the other day. What have you done to stop them so far ? Looks like spraying is going to be my only option which means moving all the herps....

I washed them out of the click clicks and then sprayed Top of Descent around the base of the bookcase. That killed the ones that I hadn't wiped up and is safe to use near herps. No sign of reinvasion, so I hope they will give up and stay outside.
