Blue tongue diets

Morning all, just a quick question. Have done some research online and havn't been able to find anything about this (specifically the BTS caresheets online).

Can grains, nuts or legumes be offered to blueys?

I can remember reading somewhere that they can eat some grain but I'm not a 100% sure. Why do you want to feed grains, nuts or legumes to a bluey anyway when you can feed them so many types of fruit?
