Hi guys just got my blue tounge out to feed him some snails and I noticed the underneath of his tait has gone a white grey colour and its pinkish colour stomach has faded greatly and must of happened in the last day or two does anyone know what could cause this?

mine used to do that just before shedding. Has his back gone really dull?

you'll find over the next few days he will shed. Make sure his toes and ear plug shedd properly. When l had digger (bluey) he would shed and then eat it. Sometimes there would be no shed whatsoever in the enclosure. He would also get a little grumpy and go off his food just before shedding.

Yeah mine goes off his food when shedding for about a week but his only shed twice since I've had him so I might have just missed it and his always shed his toes properly him self and I make sure I collect the scales a couple of times a day to make sure his not eating, my pink tounge has never tried to eat her scales

He had a big shed yesterday pretty much got it all of in about 6 hours I was amazed but his colour is back to normal thanks guys
