hey im going to get a bredli soon and have a few questions.
1-is a bredli ok for a first snake for a newbie to reptiles?
2-would a click clack with a heat mat and thermostat be ok for hatchling or juvi?
3-what size or age would i have to move it to a 120cmX60cmX60cm enclosure that im going to build?
4-for the larger enclosure will a 2ft 10.0 uvb tube and a ceramic heat emitter hooked up to a thermostat be ok?
5-what wattage should the ceramic heat emitter be?
any answers will be appreciated

1. Yes it was my first snake and it was fine still got bit though haha.
2. Yes it will feel more safe in a click clack.
3. Cage size seems fine id go a bit higher and wider.
4. Why do you need UV it's a Bredli not a bearded dragon. Also UV don't run on thermostats they just flicker or do nothing. ( You don't need UV UVA UVB )
5. Not sure don't use them.

1- yes, excellent choice!
2-Yep, click clacks are good. I'd start with a 10 litre then move your way up :)
3-Could move an 11 months (Depending...) into there. Ideally Bredli should have more space. I have adults in min of 100x60x180 (LxWxH)
4-Yes, heat lamp on thermostat is fine. Bredli do not require UVB but studies have shown they get much nicer colouring of bright oranges (Complete Capet Python)
5. Wattage depends on where you live and room temp. Test a few wattages and find which one keeps the temps at around 33 degrees. I live in a very cold area during winter and I need 80-100watt bulbs.

the thermostat was for the ceramic heat emitter.
what do you use for heating?
and what size or age should the snake be to move it to the bigger enclosure?

I use ceramic heat emitters. Make sure you have cages around them though or Mr.Snake will decide it is a smart idea to climb on them :p

I got my guy at 11months of age. By then he was ready for a larger enclosure. He's curently in a 1x0.6x0.6m enclosure until I finish his forever home :)

also i want the heat emitter to be inside the enclosure so how would have the cable go through the back of the enclosure and on to a power point?

could someone show me what socket to use for the emitter and where to buy it.
