Hi all, looking for some advice. I recently purchased a second hand enclosure. It was pretty putrid on collection and needed a good clean. I used URS reptile cage cleaner spray. I followed instructions, sprayed on all surfaces, left for 10 mins, then wiped down. However it doesn’t matter what I do, I can’t seem get rid of the cleaner smell. I’ve tried airing enclosure, running fan flat chat, rewashing all surfaces, but no luck. It’s definitely not as bad as it was, but still noticeable. I guess it’ll just have to go away with time. So my question is, is this ok for the snake? Has this happened to anyone else who has used this product, or similar?

Definitely dont put a reptile in if it still smells of cleaner... its a good way to give ur animal neurological damage/death (if there is still cleaner in there).

if its a glass enclosure, a hose will do the job, other wise chuck same baking soda into a container and put the container inside the enclosure.

in future use F10 :)
