Maybe purchase some literature or try googling a few sites on the topic, only saying this as there will be more you will need to know if all goes well and your better off already having some refrence material handy.

In any case you will have to seperate and brumate them for atleast there first season before you will be successful with breeding them and even then you will have to do so correctly, and by this I mean don't just turn off/down there heat all of a sudden as this will cause any undigested food in their stomachs to rot etc....

I foound last season for males there is not age requirement. He was just over 12 months and I put him with my girls for an introduction only but my older girl ended up with eggs that hatched. So I would say if the boy is big enough to get your girl then he'd be fine. But with the girls it takes a lot out of them to have eggs. They need to be big enough to hold the eggs but also have enough weight on to supply the eggs with everything they need with enough left her too.

But I would also suggest getting the bearded dragon manual. I have it and it's great source of information, especially in breeding.
