hey does anyone know a site that tells you step by step on how to breed bhps? or if anyone here knows, including cooling times, feeding, when to introduce the male to the tank etc

Don't wonna sound like a broken record here, but buy Keeping & Breeding Australian Pythons. It's an awesome book and well worth the money.

june july i pretty sure is mating season. male into females cage..... but i think it got alot to do with temperature gotta cool them down in winter mths other wise they dont get in the mood or sumthing. bout 2 half mths for eggs to hatch. but got to be careful and keep eggs on dry side not to much humidity. should really read up on it though.... theres lots to know.....

maybe you should have a look for bhp breeders they'd be able to help you in depth wit all those lil things.....

BHP x BHP

My 1st rule is the 44 rule [4years +4 kgs]..... 2nd rule 22nd. december 6pm- midnight no heat [heat = 34-35c] ...1st feb.-1st march- 1st april -1st may, each of those months turn your power off for an extra one and a half hours so by the 1st of may you have heat for only 12 hours [6.00am-6.00pm] put them together [1st of june] - 1st of august take-em apart .....24 hr heat until 22nd of dec. then start again.....cheers solar 17 [Baden]

Baden. With your 44 rule do you apply it to males also? I ask because my male seemed keen at 3 y/o and 2.5 kg and my female at 3 y/o and 3kgs didn't. She is 4 kgs now but he is still just under 3kg.

Bhp's ??????

HOM3L3SS...Longest day of the year[22/12], where our planet reaches its maximum axial tilt 23.5 degrees from this day forward we head into shorter days [winter]....The 44 rule is my "general" rule of thumb there are bound to be some bhp's that break the rule.. but in the majority of cases its pretty close
