Beardies;
I have a pygmy beardie pair. Born January 2010.
Male is 'sleeping' already, not eating. Both brumated last winter about June to September. She laid two batches of eggs around december/january.
They have a uv light on a timer 7am to 7pm, thermostat 50cm away from heat light set on 30 degrees. Is it too hot, too cold, or should i not worry that he is sleeping already?
She is very sociable, taps on the window at me, follows me up and down the edge. Is she bored? lonely? Should i get her a buddy or make her house more interesting?
Woodies;
I have a colony going, but am having trouble separating the right size i need to feed.
If i cryo (fridge) the breeders for a short time, will it shorten their life span and productivity?
Thanks in advance
