there are a couple of really good pubs in narrellan plus it easier for the people in penrith,until the orbital opens,though if it is narellan it is going to be hard for people to get home on public trans if they have a drink,but in ctown itself there is no where really to go accept the rsl or catholic club which would require people with member ships and that.
there is bradbury pub which also happens to be next door to where the herp meetings are held

I had a quaint little place in mind near Narellan. It has herps and people can even sleep there.
