Nope using chemicals around frogs very often doesn't end well, there skin is absorbent they soak up moisture like a sponge so any residue used that even when wiped dry on the glass reactivates when wet the frog will take in. A strong absorbent paper towel or cloth that hasn't been used with chemicals for cleaning and washed in plain water several times along with a bucket of warm water is enough to scrub clean a frog enclosure and all furnishings, on the lawn in the sun on a warm day as the UV is also a great natural disinfectant.
