One of the other benefits of having a wife working at a zoo was that I used to drop in once or twice a week and play with other herps that they had in the back of the reptile section! I even spent Saturdays and Sundays helping out because I enjoyed it so much!

They are both Jackson's! The first one with the horns is a male and the second one is a female!
Below is a pic of some chameleons in a pet shop in Borneo (Kota kinabalu) , the only place outside Australia that I have ever travelled to! Some of the pets they had for sale there were unbelievable!

the third one is definatly a male vieled chameleon and a very unhappy one at that lol! reminds me of sarah when i was trying to get her off the blinds after she'd been sitting on them basking for half an hour or so.

i love their feet, like they are wearing mits. lots of fun to handle as well as they slowly walk over you! I really miss owning a chameleon my female vieled sarah was such a great first pet lizard!

Geez they are so gorgeous, cant wait to move back to Canada (that is of course after all my current 'kids' pass on.) First thing on the pet list is another veiled Chameleon, Clive was the most awesome pet (I loved watching him hiss and strike at my partner, then run over to me and climb onto my shoulder)
