What do I do if my snake eats his food but gets his food body fluid on him. Do they clean them selves some how?

Um, they aren't like a cat that licks themselves etc but they will sometimes be seen bathing in their water dish or you can give your snake a bath in some warm water if you are worried about hygeine while handling after the snake has eaten and gotten 'messy'. Generally it shouldn't really affect the snake, it would be more for you if you bathed your snake after it has eaten. Cage furnishings and your snake moving through or over the substrate during normal activity would probably get it off as well.

Let it digest its food before doing anything.

It won't clean itself, but the fluids will dry out or be rubbed off over the substrate etc.

In short, it's not a problem worth worrying about. If you're still concerned, wait a few days for the meal to fully digest, clean the enclosure and then wipe the snake down with a damp cloth.

wait for it to digest....if you are really worried get a damp cloth and let it crawl through it inside your hands so you sort of wipe its body. its a really effective way of cleaning with minimal fuss
