Our snake eggs seem to always end up in clumps.

Is there a fool-proof way of seperating them so that obviously they won't tear???

Would be interested to hear some techniques.

Good question Fay, I had this problem yesterday & being our first clutch of snake eggs I really didn't want to mess around with them too much so they went into the incubator as a clump. I considered giving them a light spray but chickened out in the end:)

Start on the easiest ones to get to first, gently roll the eggs from each direction so that when it comes apart it pulls off in the middle of where it was joined. Never pull the eggs. Don't be worried by the fluffy looking area you are left with, this causes no problems. Just go slowly and you will soon get the feel for it. I use this method on all my eggs and have never torn one yet.
