hi while my coastal was eating the guts of the mouse came out and were over his body and while he was eating i seen he had his top jaw over his coil which was around the mouse and he had bit him self should i need to worry? hes sitting above the water and a bit of his body is in the water atm, never seen him do this b4.

My woma did the same thing he actually marked himself but nothing to bad 3 weeks on and it is all back
to normal

ah cool ty another mate told me he would be fine just seems weird hes hanging over his water bowl hes never done it b4

Yet not so sure about the water side of things my woma doesn't go near it where as my jungle doesn't mind the odd swim I would think your guy might need higher humidity.

Many snakes will have a bath after feeding. Something to do with the smell being on them and whatnot..

yeah i was thinking the same since he had mice guts all over him 1st time its happened hes never done it b4 after feeding.

You might have over heated the mouse while warming it which is usually why they split.Give him a couple of days to digest then give him a warm SHALLOW bath to wash the dried guts of him.

yeah mouse was left in warm water for a while because just b4 feeding my bro decided he wanted to help me change some stuf in the viv so we ended up putting in new 3d rock wall and a new uvb fluro light and cage -_- i wasnt impressed but im actually happy that both my snakes ate after not having any heat for half hour or so
