so i have read many pages and everything has different info.

last time he shed it took ages and i ended up bathing him .
so this time i need to know when is the right time to bathe my coastal as he is a stubborn shedder . And is shedding frequently as i feed him weekly to help his growth.
His eyes have turned foggy blue as normal, some say to bathe him as soon as they have cleared?

what do u all think? when should i bathe him?

When the snakes eyes go cloudy they'll usually shed within a few days. Give it a week and if the snake is struggling you can bathe it or put it in a damp pillowcase and let it get the skin off on its own. I always make sure my snakes have a bowl that's big enough for them to soak in if they want, this helps with shedding, and even if they don' soak in it it will still create a good humidity level in the tank and the snake should shed well.

i have a big male olive who has trouble shedding dont worry about bathing and all that just get some shedding assist spray . you can get it from most pet shops and give it a good spay on its back while its in the enclosure works well for me and now he doesnt need it. and if he still has shed left on him use warm water on a cloth and rub where the shed is left. :) worked for me

yer i grabbed a bottel of that the other day ... havent used it yet waiting for him to start shedding..... thanx

Does it have a bowl large enough to immerse itself in??

If it does it will use this to help itself

If you bought Repti-mist it is a good product.i usually star spraying once per day when their eyes start to go cloudy.it soaks up into the dead skin and rolls off super easy when they begin to go.
