Compaction

Hi all
i've been reading alot about compaction lately. So mch that i'm going to change substrate's in 2 of my vivs. I was wondering what treatments are available for this.

the term is 'IMPACTION'

-surgery.

when i had my substrates being sand i always kept a bottle of Parrifin oil handy and a crop feeder as i have been told a dose of it can help clean them out quick smart

but i have since changed my substrate and no longer need it but there you have a quick fix

Also try warm baths and gentle massage around the animals vent.

I've heard of the parrifin oil before. works well then yeah?

Tube feeding them vegetable oil, or injecting the oil into their food, can work. As well as an enema.

And where is parrifin oil available from?
