console gaming Question

just wondering if anyone knows if games for xbox and playstation, game cube etc, bought in from overseas work on aussie consoles?

im not to sure but i dont think so, i think they are different formats, as i said im not 100% sure. imo i would just phone a games shop and ask the people who work there, usually they are pretty in the know with that stuff.

hey soul weaver you need to get a mod chip people install them for about $100 as the usa games and stuff have a different format as jason said but if u get this chip you can use any game from anywhere

yeah thats what i thought, but i just wondered about original games, rather then copies out of thailand or something..

chips are great, ive got over 150 games and out of that only 3 were bought from a shop
