Could this be an early sign of scale rot??

I really hope not though these spots only appeared this week, it cant really find any signs of excretement or moistness that could have brought scale rot on, but I want to be safe, just gave it a thorough clean.


If its is scale rot is there any treatments i should have a try at using, or just go to a vet?

I don't think so. Is it a bredli? They do get a spekly ventral surface as they mature that almost looks like the pigment is under the scale. Keep an eye on it but i recon you'll be right.
