Cream spots on turtles shell???

Hi All,

I was hoping someone could help me, i have two Krefft turtles and they have cream spots on their back. Does anyone know what this can be??

I have changed their water and i do this every two weeks, they have two docks in their tank so they can dry and a UV light over the top. They are 15 months old.

Any help would be great, Thank you
