I have a question regarding Titania, my 5 year old Krefft's Turtle.
The last few days she has been having this pink ball coming in and out of her butt. I am worried it is a prolapse but I have been having trouble finding any photos that look similar. The fact that she can pull it all the way back in as well seems odd but I am not sure. I haven't seen her do this before but she has been eating and swimming normally from what I can tell. She has been basking a little bit more though but I also replaced the UV lamp a couple of weeks ago so it may just because the heat is stronger again.
I have attached a photo of the ball she puts in and out. It's not out for more than a couple of minutes and then she keeps it inside for a few hours before she does it again.
Any ideas? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
