Hi all, just a quick question.
my jungle python seems to digest really fast, il feed him and within 24hrs the food lump is gone and bout 2 days after he has his big solid poo. My friends snakes seem to take longer.
is this normal? Temp is 30-34 day time and 22-25 night time hot end temps

this is pretty normal mate. What size food are you giving and how big is your snakey?

Pretty normal :D can always upside and it will take abit longer.

He is about 3feet long 18months old and he is on hopper rats. My female is bout foot long and on fuzzy rats.

You could try offering two Hoppers at a time or upping the food size to Weaner Rats.
This should make your Jungle take a little bit longer to digest it's food.
Alternatively, if it wont take two Hoppers (or one Weaner) at a time you could still offer two Hoppers a week.

I have been feeding him the day after he poops witch could be as early as 3-4 days after feed. I might try him on a bigger size feed. Thanx all much appreciated.
