Doesn't it annoy you when someone enters your photo into the photo comp.

i would be telling that young girl to contact those who hosted the competition informing them she owned the copyrighted photo and that the other person had NO right to put it in the competition and claim it as her own

if the young girl still has the photo saved to her computer she can prove she took the photo perhaps the people running the competition will cancel the tickets given to the thief and make new ones out to her instead
