Is it just me or has the Post of the last couple of weeks been really off topic(i.e non-herp) and just really generally boring and,,, WELL??? crap !? We normally have heaps of post and topics? Slatey what do you reckon is the problem? Let's get away from the off the topic convos and get back to what this site is about. HERPS come on guys and girls let's hear some stories

Just going by the home page, 6 out of 12 of the last topics are herp related and a couple that are borderline.
There's only so many questions about snakes before they start getting repetitive.
The forums have gone a bit quiet lately. Perhaps this is because the mods have weeded out a few trouble makers recently as the petty bickering seems to died off too.
When someone does post a herp question, nobody answers it. Just look at the post about snakes weights and breeding. Only myself,NOone and Sxereturn bothered to answer it.

Most of the time if snake question is answered by somebody befor me, I do not post to avoid repeating the ansfer. Specially after greebs, He always answer correctly. And the weight question is so hard to answer. We all have different opinion on that. It is hard to determinate the right one.

As the weather gets cooler most herp keepers become sluggish and slow down. The brain still ticks over but only enough to keep the body alive.
Wait till spring. Thats when the testosterone kicks in and every thread will result in fights.
