Just looked them up and they are native of Madagaskar.

They have become a bit tougher to get here in the States but not impossible. They usually go for about $200 USD.

Pretty cool picture. Although, I would find it hard to be intimidated by a dragon that I could crush in my hand.

They are incredible. Not sure on the Attenborough documentary , I haven't watched nearly as many Attenborough doco's as I would like to.
