i asked, the light isn't even UV
you can see from the pics there is nowhere to bask.
and water that shallow can only be cruel!

atm i am bidding on it to rescue the turtle....
if i do win it tho, do you think the tank would be useful for anything?

poor thing... isnt it against ebays rules to sell animals? could maybe use that tank for beardies/geckos or section it for a few hatchies....

i have had 3 people send him angry messages about how he keeps it.

i also asked about its health (coz i can't imagine its healthy)

and he sent back a quip about telling me what its resting heart rate and all that stuff should be so he could tell me if it was healthy!

man i hate people!

tempted to call the RSPCA or something

i doubt he has a licence for it, you wouldnt legally be able to keep it would you? or dont they need a licence? anyway the add will be gone before its finished, its against ebay laws to sell animals on it

Sorry if this upsets anyone but instead of getting on here and complaining - buy the tank and look after the turtle yourself. Then you know it's will be going to a good home it's only at $10.50.
Or give it to someone who will look after it.

Yep, I think someone here needs to bid for it to get it into better care - but make sure you victorians don't start a bidding war with each other just to get it into a better home - unless of course you all want it so bad you WANT to bid against each other!!!
