Hi, I'm having feeding trouble with my stimpson python I got her on the 28th of march she was in shed when I got her and I let her shed then fed her and she ate that it was a small weanling mouse about 8 grams. The following week just before feeding she actually shed again I tried to feed her and she refused I left it in there and she didn't eat I waited another week an tried again and she again refused I actually left the whole packet of mice out accidentally because I was tired :p so I went bout more but all the had were small fuzzy rats so I got them and Wednesday night tried to feed her again :) she took it an I left her be just before bed I checked on her and she was smashing it down :) I woke up this morning to a dead regurgitated rat and when I tried to pick it up its tail fell off :p but I wasn't too worried till she regurgitated the rat. Her temps never go below 30 at the hot end but usually sits at 32 and cold end is usually at 23 ish it's a heat cord setup with a thermostat. I don't know what to do oh an she is in a 5 litre star maid Tue she was born in December

mine were also born in December, but are only on fuzzy mice. How much does yours weigh? maybe your feeding too big of a food item.

I just done more research! Don't know how I missed feeding size sorry about wasting time :/

You have a "Stimson" python not a "Stimpson"! The latter does not exist!
With your set up check your temps in the early hours of the morning, 4am onward as it could well be getting colder
than required at that time and wont help with your feeding.
